BANKSY - A NEW MURAL IN BRISTOL FOR VALENTINE'S DAY

As punctual and precise as Cupid's arrow - Bansky surprises us again with one of his works on the eve of Valentine's Day. The latest creation of the anonymous street artist appeared on February 13 on the wall of a house in Marsh Lane, a street in the Barton Hill district east of Bristol.

The wall painting depicts a young girl, resembling a modern Robin Hood, hitting red roses with a slingshot; the real roses explode in a cascade of petals. Banksy's style was immediately recognised by Street Art fans, but in order to remove all doubts, the artist claimed his work by posting two photos from his Instagram account at midnight on February 14.

Maybe a gift to the lovers of his hometown or maybe just a new message of hope and love for everyone. In any case, this artwork by Bansky is no exception for the wonder and enthusiasm generated worldwide, in a magical combination of talent and timing.
